Hyatt Place Dallas/Plano

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is near a number of big stores. I liked the staff. The receptionists were very good and professional except for one who checked us in. She was not pleasant - unfortunately i did not get her name but she is a young lady who speaks spanish. The 2 chefs were excellent and very friendly. The cleaners were very good and polite despite their english language barrier

Breakfast was phenomenal! Staff was very attentive and sweet. Security deposit was $30/$50 (i don’t remember) a night? Was able to pay with debit though. Location was awesome, but the pool was not open during second half of stay, but still nice it to sit out! Everything was so nice and well thought of, there was even an adult slumber party that was cute! Very social in the AM during my stay. 10/10 will be staying here again!!

Good location, very nice staff, spacious rooms

Location. Feels like we were within 30 mins to anywhere we want to go. Very nice neighborhood. A lot of restaurants nearby. Theres a grocery store next door. Coffee shop like Starbucks and Einstein Bagel too, walking distance.

LOVED, LOVED the breakfast! Delicious and served promptly daily. Location was close to many great restaurants and close enough to visit surrounding attractions. Staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Bar closes at midnight on the weekends.
